Our 3-Day Return Promise
You can return or exchange eligible items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required
How To Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders and select the order
- Or email yourshopme@gmail.com with your order ID
- Our team will arrange a pickup within 2–3 days
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders to your bank account or as store credit.
